Welcome to Agent HQ, operated by JahFeel Automation ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Agent HQ is an AI-powered automation platform that provides AI agents, workflow automation tools, and related services for small businesses. Our platform enables you to deploy AI agents that can handle tasks, manage communications, and automate business operations.
We also offer related products including Jen (video scheduling and content management) and other automation tools available through the JahFeel Automation ecosystem.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Paid features are available through subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, for all applicable fees.
Each customer operates within a dedicated, isolated environment. Your data, files, agent memory, and configurations are physically separated from all other customers.
To maintain reliability, our platform collects diagnostic data including system health metrics and error logs. This does not include your messages, files, or connected app data. You may opt out of non-essential diagnostics in settings.
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, content, and automated actions. You understand and agree that:
You retain ownership of any content you provide to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service, including sending it to AI providers for processing.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you provide to our platform and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

The Agent HQ platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by JahFeel Automation and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Our platform uses trusted third-party service providers for payment processing (Stripe), AI model processing, application integrations, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and other operational functions. When you connect third-party applications through our platform, credential management is handled by our integration partner using SOC 2 Type 2 compliant infrastructure. Your third-party credentials are never stored on our servers directly. Any services you configure yourself (such as voice call providers or API keys) are subject to those providers' own terms.
We strive to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or to address security issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JahFeel Automation from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 6, 11, 12, and 14).
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Upon cancellation, your environment is preserved for 30 days for data export. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Arizona. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
