How fast do you respond after I pay?
Within 24 hours (usually same day). You'll get a confirmation email + intake form link immediately from Stripe, and a personal email from us within one business day to kick things off.
Do you need access to my machine?
For the audit: no — you run claw-medic yourself, send us the JSON output, we analyze remotely. For setup + debugging: we use a screen-share session (you drive, we guide). We never log in to your machine directly.
What if my problem isn't OpenClaw-specific?
Tell us in the intake form. If it's adjacent (MCP server issues, Node version conflicts, Claude Desktop quirks) we can usually help. If it's entirely off-topic we'll refund before we start.
What's the refund policy?
Audit: if we find nothing fixable, full refund. Setup: if we can't get your gateway + watchdog running reliably in 5 business days, full refund. Debugging: if we don't fix your issue in the 60-minute session, full refund.
Can I hire you for something bigger?
Yes. If you need ongoing ops, custom skills built, or help rolling OpenClaw out across a team, email us after your audit or setup and we'll scope it. No cold-outreach shells — we only take on bigger engagements with existing clients we've already helped.
