What you get: A written scope with a fixed price, responsibilities, and acceptance checks. No paid work starts without your approval. If the build is not a fit, we say so.

We write down what should happen, including the difficult cases, so you can correct the process before we build it.

The workflow written step by step, the way it should run, before any code exists.

Every step sorted into one of three buckets: fixed rules, your judgment, or AI.

The 60/30/10 guide puts repeatable rules first, human judgment where it matters, and AI where it helps. It is a design guide, not a measured percentage for every workflow.

The edge cases named up front: the rush job, the customer who pays late, the form that comes in blank.

What you get: A process you can read and correct in plain English. If it is wrong on paper, it gets fixed on paper, which is cheap.

Implementation and Testing

Now it gets built, and it gets built in your accounts, not on a system I hold the keys to.

Built with the tools and access agreed in the scope, using your accounts.

Tested on routine jobs, missing information, and other agreed exceptions before your approval to use it.

Checked against the written acceptance criteria, with corrections to meet that scope included.

Whoever uses it gets trained, with a plain English runbook they can follow without me.

I am developing this approach through Eduba's Lyceum: understand the work, separate repeatable rules from human decisions, and use AI where it adds value. Each JahFeel pilot is scoped around the specific business and what we can test and deliver.

Testing covers the agreed examples and exceptions. We show you the results, explain any limits, and get your approval before the workflow goes live.

If it is not a fit, I say so on the call.

Some weeks do not have a workflow worth automating yet. I would rather tell you that in 30 minutes than sell you something that will not hold.
