How do I create a new AI agent?
Navigate to Agents in the sidebar and click New Agent. Give it a name, assign it to a client or workflow, and configure its behavior (response style, active hours, escalation rules). Click Deploy when ready.
Can I customize my agent's personality?
Yes. In the agent settings you can set a custom system prompt, choose a communication tone (professional, friendly, concise), and define specific knowledge bases for the agent to reference.
How does agent memory work?
Agents have persistent memory across conversations. They remember client preferences, past interactions, and custom instructions. Memory can be viewed and edited from the agent's Memory tab.
How do I connect my agent to external tools?
Go to Settings > Integrations. Agent HQ supports connections to email, calendar, CRM, and other tools via API keys. Each integration has a setup wizard with step-by-step instructions.
What happens if my agent makes a mistake?
All agent actions are logged in the Activity feed. You can review, undo, or override any action. For sensitive workflows, enable Approval Mode to require your confirmation before the agent acts.

What is Jen (Video Scheduler)?
Jen is the built-in video scheduling system available on Pro and Business plans. It handles video uploads, auto-captioning, scheduling across platforms, and performance analytics. Access it from Video Studio in the sidebar.
How do I upload and schedule a video?
- Go to Video Studio > Upload
- Drag and drop your video file or click to browse
- Add a title, description, and select target platforms
- Choose a publish date/time or select Publish Now
- Click Schedule
Does Jen generate captions automatically?
Yes. After upload, Jen processes your video and generates captions using AI transcription. You can review and edit captions before publishing. Captions are available in multiple languages on Business plans.
What video formats are supported?
Agent HQ accepts MP4, MOV, AVI, and WebM files up to 2GB. For best results, use MP4 with H.264 encoding at 1080p or higher resolution.
Can I view video analytics?
Yes. The Analytics tab in Video Studio shows views, engagement, click-through rates, and audience retention for each video. Business plans include cross-platform comparison reports.

What plans are available?
- Starter ($19/mo) — Core agent management, basic analytics, email support
- Pro ($49/mo) — Everything in Starter plus Jen v2 video scheduling, advanced analytics, priority support
- Business ($99+/mo) — Everything in Pro plus custom integrations, multi-user access, dedicated account manager, SLA guarantees
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing and click Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Business plan customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription to prevent future charges; your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
